To enhance the quality of training materials under the project \u201cLearning Center for Emission Neutrality and Climate Resilience in Northern Vietnam (LEARN-VN)\u201d, on May 23, 2026, the Institute of Forestry and Sustainable Development issued a Call for Expressions of Interest to recruit independent consultants for reviewing, evaluating, and providing feedback on the project\u2019s training materials and teaching methodologies.<\/p>\n
The LEARN-VN Project is jointly implemented by the Institute of Forestry and Sustainable Development, the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF), and local partners, with financial support from Bread for the World (BftW). Over the past period, the project has developed a series of training materials for Training of Trainers (ToT) programs, teachers, and staff of mass organizations to strengthen climate change adaptation capacity and promote sustainable development within local communities.<\/p>\n
The training materials to be reviewed include:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Participatory training methodologies
\n\u2022 Introduction to climate change
\n\u2022 Waste management and classification
\n\u2022 Renewable energy awareness
\n\u2022 Climate change adaptation and mitigation through agroforestry practices
\n\u2022 Agricultural climate services
\n\u2022 Green practices in schools and community participation<\/p>\n
Selected consultants will be responsible for reviewing the structure and teaching approaches of the materials, assessing pedagogical logic and practical applicability, and proposing revisions and improvements before wider implementation.<\/p>\n
