The participating units included: Vietnam Agriculture, Forestry and Environment Joint Stock Company; Bach Ma Van Xuan Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company; and BV Pharma Joint Stock Company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"818\"><strong data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"670\">Scope of Cooperation:<\/strong> The parties will jointly cooperate in the production and business of medicinal materials and related products based on the strengths of each party.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"1685\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"1107\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"1107\">Vietnam Agriculture, Forestry and Environment Joint Stock Company will be primarily responsible for the cultivation, harvesting, and supply of medicinal materials that meet GACP-WHO standards, and ensure the quality of imported medicinal materials with full CO, CQ certifications, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1685\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1685\">The remaining parties, including Vietnam Agriculture, Forestry and Environment Joint Stock Company; Bach Ma Van Xuan Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company; and BV Pharma Joint Stock Company, will be responsible for organizing the production of high-quality medicinal products on GMP-certified production lines using raw materials provided by Vietnam Agriculture, Forestry and Environment Joint Stock Company. They will also provide consultancy and complete the product registration dossiers with the Ministry of Health, and develop and expand the market for medicinal products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1928\">Additionally, a cooperation agreement was also signed between the Institute of Forestry and Sustainable Development and BV Pharma Joint Stock Company. The two sides will accompany and collaborate to create many high-value medicinal products.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"2386\">The signing ceremony took place in a spirit of consensus and joyful cooperation among all participating units and companies.
