According to Oriental medicine, the medicine Dia instant has a spicy taste and warm properties that have the effect of warming the spleen, relieving pain, reducing qi, eliminating phlegm, dispelling cold, dispelling food and eliminating toxic gases (Do Huy Bich et al., 2004) [2]. The mainland is mainly distributed in Southeast Asia and China (Kumar, 2020) [4]. The stems and roots of the Dia instant plant contain many essential oils, a volatile compound, used to make spices, drinks and in the cosmetics industry. Dia Dan stem and root extract products containing ethyl-p-methoxycinnamate, ethyl cinnamate, 3-carene, camphene, borneol, cineol, kaempferol and kaempferide are reported to have biological properties such as antibacterial, antibacterial, and antibacterial. cancer and has pharmacological activities such as reducing blood vessel tension, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic (Shetu et al., 2018; Yao et al., 2018; Kumar, 2020) [4,6,8]. The value of the Dia Lien plant has been proven and used by oriental medicine and modern medicine. Therefore, in the world as well as in the country, Dia Lien is considered a precious medicinal plant with high economic value.<\/p>\n<p>Institute of Forestry and Sustainable Development, Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry conducted research on in vitro propagation for tuber samples of Kaempferia galanga L.. Initial results showed that the shoot samples were sterilized with 1% NaClO solution for 3 minutes, combined with 10 minutes of Javen 15%, soaked for 30 minutes in Cefotaxim 10% and cultured on MS starter culture medium. The rate of clean samples bursting buds was 93.33% after 4 weeks. The medium with 1.5 mg\/L BAP combined with 0.2 mg\/L NAA gave a shoot multiplication coefficient of 5.50 shoots\/sample, an average of 3.97 roots\/shoot and an average height of 5.54 cm. . In vitro shoots have well-developed leaf stems and roots. Tissue seedlings are grown in greenhouses with the substrate formula: Soil + coconut fiber + decomposed manure (7:2:1) with a survival rate of 96%. These initial results can be applied to contribute to the conservation and development of this species through in vitro propagation methods.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Dia instant tree, also known as the Zen tree, Sa Khuong tree has the scientific name Kaempferia galanga L., belongs to the ginger family Zingiberaceae and is used as a medicine in traditional medicine.
