It was established under Decision No. 87\/Q\u0110-\u0110HTN on January 16, 2015, by the Director of Thai Nguyen University, based on the transformation and upgrade of the Northern Mountainous Forestry Research Center.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"658\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"658\"><span style=\"color: #003366; font-size: 14pt;\">The Institute has legal status, its own bank account, and seal, and operates autonomously in financial matters, following Government Decree No. 115\/N\u0110-CP.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"688\"><span style=\"color: #003366; font-size: 14pt;\">II.
