On the morning of April 21, 2016, Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry organized a training workshop on document drafting skills. The workshop was attended by staff and officials from various departments and faculties, as well as specialists from the Institute for Forestry Research & Development. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector of the university, was also present.

The training session was led by Ms. Le Thi Minh Hieu, Head of the Document Drafting Department of the Thai Nguyen Department of Justice.

The workshop aimed to enhance the professional skills of staff and was also part of the university’s administrative reform efforts for 2016. The training content covered fundamental knowledge about official documents, techniques for drafting, and methods for composing common administrative documents such as decisions, official letters, reports, proposals, meeting minutes, and notices.

The session was dynamic and engaging, featuring discussions and experience-sharing on common mistakes in document drafting.
