On the morning of October 18, 2015, the Institute for Forestry Research and Development held a Signing Ceremony for a comprehensive cooperation agreement on research, training, and technology transfer for the 2015–2020 period between the Institute and the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Technology.

Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of the Institute, were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Thu Ha – Director of the Institute for Forestry Research and Development, MSc. Le Van Phuc – Deputy Director, along with leaders of specialized departments. Representing the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Technology were Dr. Nguyen Van Duy – Dean of the Faculty, and the heads of specialized departments.

In the signed agreement, both parties discussed various aspects of cooperation, including vocational skills training and the transfer of scientific and technical advancements in agricultural and forestry production.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the leadership of the Institute for Forestry Research and Development and the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Technology reached a high consensus on the comprehensive cooperation between the two units.
