Within the framework of the Learning Center for Climate Neutrality and Resilience in Northern Vietnam (LEARN VN) Project, from 20–22 January 2026, the training course “Professional Tour Guides for Thai Nguyen Climate Park” was successfully and vibrantly conducted, with the participation of 25 trainees. These included ToT members, staff, collaborators, and other key personnel who are directly involved in welcoming and guiding visitors at the Thai Nguyen Climate Park.

This is the core team—the storytellers of climate change—who will convey knowledge and spread meaningful messages on low-emission development and climate change adaptation to the community.

Learning by doing was at the heart of the program. The training was flexibly designed, combining theory and practice, closely aligned with real tour-guiding activities. Trainees were equipped with essential background knowledge, communication and interpretation skills, as well as techniques for handling situations when working with diverse visitor groups.

Notably, trainees directly practiced on-site tour guiding at the Climate Park, experiencing the role of professional guides, honing their skills in tour organization, group facilitation, and delivering content in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.

At the end of the course, the trainees became more confident, more professional, and better prepared to accompany the Thai Nguyen Climate Park, contributing to improved quality in visitor services, education, and communication for a sustainable future.
