As part of its organizational restructuring plan, on June 2, 2021, the University of Agriculture and Forestry solemnly held a Ceremony to Announce the Appointment Decision for the Dean of the Faculty of Forestry.

The ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Hung, Party Secretary and Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dien, Rector of the University; representatives of the university leadership, and faculty members from the appointed unit.

In the solemn atmosphere of the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Ngan, Deputy Head of the Administration and Organization Office, announced the appointment decision for the Dean of the Faculty of Forestry. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Thu Ha, Director of the Institute for Forestry Research and Development, was honored to be selected for this position.

On behalf of the university’s administration, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dien, Rector of the University, formally handed over the appointment decision to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Thu Ha.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Dien congratulated the newly appointed staff and expressed his expectations that they would leverage their experience, capabilities, and dedication to continue contributing to the growth and development of the University of Agriculture and Forestry – Thai Nguyen.

The Leadership Board and staff of the Institute for Forestry Research and Development attended the ceremony and presented flowers to congratulate Dean Tran Thi Thu Ha.

At the ceremony, the newly appointed officials expressed their gratitude to the Party Committee, the University’s Board of Directors, faculty members, and staff for their trust. They acknowledged that this appointment is both a great honor and a significant responsibility, especially in the context of educational reform and the university’s strategic development goals in the coming period. They also pledged to make their best efforts to fulfill their duties and strengthen their respective units.
