Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry and the Northern Mountainous Forestry Research Center participated in the Vietnam International Technology and Equipment Fair 2012, held in Hanoi from September 20 to 23, 2012. The exhibition featured a variety of products, including: fruit tree varieties, food crops, forestry trees, ornamental plants, medicinal plants; TAGS yeast, biological bedding products for livestock farming; medicinal herb products, and processed products. These products attracted the interest and demand of many visitors to the fair. In particular, local people showed great interest in the forestry plant products (especially indigenous species) and medicinal plants (such as Morinda officinalis and Amomum spp.).
