The Association of Women Intellectuals of Thai Nguyen Province Responds to the Tree-Planting Movement on International Women’s Day

Date

On the occasion of this year’s International Women’s Day on March 8th, the Association of Women Intellectuals of Thai Nguyen Province participated in a tree-planting activity to contribute to sustainable social development in the modern era.

At the tree-planting area of the Climate Park, under the Institute of Forestry and Sustainable Development (Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry – Thai Nguyen University), female educators, officials, and managers working in the province planted two types of trees: Chay (Artocarpus tonkinensis) and Black Canarium (Canarium nigrum).

The young trees planted today mark the beginning of a new journey, helping to green barren hills while adding a meaningful and humane touch to this special March 8th celebration. This activity also highlights the radiant beauty of women as they engage in social initiatives and contribute to the community.
